For Monday 13th July 2009, we made pasta. We regularly make pasta as it is one of the quickest wholesome meal to prepare. For the day, we made Linguine Carbonara with Oyster Mushroom, Chicken Sausage and Sutchi fish.
We stir-fried the mushroom, sausage and the sutchi fish together in EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) before adding in the carbonara sauce. Lastly, pour the mixture over linguine cooked al-dente.
Results, one yummy wholesome dinner :)
